My Art Opening!

So!! I had my very first art opening at the beginning of April. I have a bunch of color pencil drawings hanging up at Geez Louise Coffee House in Denver. It is one of my favorite coffee shops around, and the boys that own the joint are a hoot. Here are some of my pictures!

Here are Missy, me, Meg, and Deb at my opening night. We had wine and cheese and all of that fancy stuff! It was a pretty good turn out.

The art opening went well, and all who attended seemed to enjoy it. It was funny to be asked questions that started with "As an artist..." I giggled every time.... I swear I am like Beavis sometimes.... So far I have sold two drawings. I hope that by the time the end of the show rolls around, that I have sold a couple more. :) It's just fun having my stuff up for all to see. The boys at the coffee shop told me I have been getting really positive feedback. Yay.

Life long goals....move to Colorado (Check)....get a great job (Check).... Create/Hang my art (Check)..... WHEW!!!!
