It's safe to say, that since Ginny sent me those amazing mixing bowls, I have been obsessed with baking. Well, it got worse this weekend when I saw the Crate and Barrel catalog and spied a pumpkin shaped muffin pan... needless to say, I made a trip there yesterday and picked one up. I thought it would be fun to have festive treats in the teacher's room to celebrate Missy's return to work after her maternity leave!... so here we have it.... yummy pumpkin muffins from scratch with cream cheese frosting! WEEEE!!!!

I think it's so funny that you posted this, because look what I just posted! In addition to gorgeous pumpkin muffins, we'll also be enjoying pumpkin chocolate chip cookies in the teacher's lounge!!
