I love this time of year. Usually I am not a huge stickler for tradition... but carving pumpkins and baking the seeds each October is a must. My dad used to carve Jack O' Lanterns and bake the seeds. We would eat them on the couch while they were still warm. It is a memory that I love, even though the details are fading, the big picture is still there.
