Little Ones

The picture below is one of the reasons that I love my job. The other day a little boy named Jonathan came up to me and slipped me a piece of paper. It was folded up to be very small. Jonathan is a first grade student and is a shy little guy. When I speak to him, he gets this little smirk on his face and looks like stars are floating around his head. When he handed me the note, I asked him if he wanted me to open it later (I just got that feeling from him) and he said "Yes, after I leave." So I waited, and when his class exited my room, I unfolded the paper to find the best note ever. It's on the fridge. It still makes my day.

That is very cute. I left a note like that once. My boss said she was flattered but that it was a little weird (WAKKA WAKKA WAKKA!!!) - So Cal Koivu
