Aurora Reservoir

One of the things we did while Justin was here was visit the Aurora Reservoir. It was a beautiful, mild, sunny day. We packed up the bikes and headed off to our destination. It took us about an hour and a half to find the place, because the map-quest directions were so silly, but it was worth the drive. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised to find a really nice bike trail. It was an 8 mile ride. We enjoyed our bike ride and the big blue sky. I love the colors in these pictures. Check out the big ol'seed pod in the picture below. Neat huh?

There were so many people out fishing and....wind surfing? Sure, it's no sea kite...but it's still pretty cool.
