Meet Missy, The Asian Magnet

So Friday afternoon, during my last class of the day, my BFF Missy came to visit me. We had a seat near the computers and started to chat a little while Ms. Knutson's first grade kiddos were busy painting.....or so we thought....

You know when you have that feeling that someone is watching you? Well, Missy and I turned around STARTLED to see all four of the little Asian girl's in that class just gazing at Missy like she was some sorta Asian rock star goddess.

It just really made us howl...partly because we always slur Missy for her Asian persuasion... (and she slurs my Portugueseness...clam down!) and then we turn around to see these little ladies just standing there blinking in amazement...like Missy is their mama hen! We almost peed our pants.... and of course it was the perfect photo op! Look at how beautiful those sweet girls are. My heart can't take it. From Left to Right: Sakura, Missy, Brittany, Samantha, and Cheyenne....but Missy you probably are related to all of them right?
