SIlly Summer Bash!

The other day we had a multi-purpose celebration at Missy's house! We celebrated the following... Missy and Steve's little one will be here soon, Brandon and Laura moved back to Colorado after spending two years on the east coast, and Justin King has returned home to Colorado! So we threw a fiesta! Here are MM and Linds playing ladder ball (which I had never heard of until the fiesta).Below are Brandon, Justin and silly doggie Mello.... Mel was all over Justin as he was trying to play this mysterious new game.Here I am with our friend's Andy and Laura. Here are Brandon and Justin laughing about something... Brandon is always saying something that is sure to make you pee a little. It's always nice to see the King-a-ling laughing and smiling... which has become a regular occurrence since he moved back.... Me and the Kipster! So everything was perfectly normal for awhile... and the fiesta was just delicious... but I noticed that nobody had touched the yummy rice at all.... it had been totally forgotten about. I was feeling kind of sad about wasting all of that rice, so Steve and Brandon stepped up to take care of that problem.... Hence the rice eating contest below!

Above is my favorite picture of the evening.... Steve is in crack up mode because Brandon is yelling at him in between bites... and is up to his nose in rice.Although Brandon was more aggressive in his rice eating, Steve took the win... Steve was slow and steady... and Brandon was full of style... 

It was quite the celebration! We all had a blast, laughed a lot and performed stupid human tricks..... that is nothing to sneeze at! Welcome home King-a-ling and Lanes.... We'll see you soon baby Marsh!
