I used this recipe... CLICK HERE but used half the oil and replaced the rest with apple sauce. I used brown sugar and a small amount of white, and used 3 cups of zucchini instead of 2.... Lovely. It makes 2 breads....

Yum I Say!
I made zucchini bread for the first time and am confused as to why it took me so long...
I used this recipe... CLICK HERE but used half the oil and replaced the rest with apple sauce. I used brown sugar and a small amount of white, and used 3 cups of zucchini instead of 2.... Lovely. It makes 2 breads....

Yum is RIGHT! I LOVE zucchini bread! My mom use to make it all the time! We would warm it or put it in the toaster oven and then put some cream cheese on it! DELISH!
