Small Paul's Visit

Paul's visit was short but sweet. We ran around all over creation until basically, we could no longer function. I can now say, I am one of the few people who has ever seen Paul sleep. I think I may have seen it twice in 5 days. Our activities included breakfast at Annie's Cafe, hanging out at Crestmore Park (yes, there were chi-type movements), seeing the Beastie Boys at Red Rocks, Hanging out/hiking in Boulder (Pearl St. and Flagstaff Rd), CASA BONITA, a visit to Mt. Evans, eating at Noodles, hanging out at Missy and Steve's, and walking Downtown Denver..... It was at that point, I saw Paul sleep!

Here's Pauly sitting in front of Echo Lake. It's on the way to Mt. Evans.

Beautiful Boulder.
We saw this deer while in Boulder.I liked the lines in this tree...it was on our way to Mt. Evans.
Saw more deer on Mt. Evans!
When we reached the summit of Mt. Evans, we saw Mountain Goats just roaming around.... some of them in very odd places. Everyone who had to pee was forced to hold it for a little while!
I love these pictures so much. The sky was a stormy blue, which really made the goats look snowy white. I have never gotten to see the wild mountain goats before, so I was super happy.

The baby is just so cute.
I love this guy's face...did you think you would make it through August without goat pictures?

So cute and fuzzy! The goats, not Paul. Ok, he's cute and fuzzy too, but in a totally different way! We had a blast meetin' the man behind the legend! I can't believe I've lived in Colorado for 15 years and have never been up to Mt. Evans. Gotta go!!

I'm surprised that you didn't take a good stiff brush tothem in order to help them get rid of that extra fur. I'm sure they would have loved it!!!! Your right however, they are gorgeous creatures of God. Thank you for sharing nature with us poor folks who don't quite get to see this wonderful creation I LOVE you!!
