The Ports also love their brooms. They will sweep anything and everything... here is a fine example of driveway maintenance involving a dustpan...
Justin took these pictures of the Portuguese granny, across the street from him in Taunton, who decided to shovel her driveway with a dustpan after 3 feet of snow had fallen. On the bright side, the cold weather forced her to ditch her moo moo and wear a coat...but what is she thinking? Ain't nothing wrong with a shovel granny...and lets face it, you probably have at least 3 or 4 young family members living in your basement....can't you let them take care of this?
It's funny to think that I used to live in that house....nice to know that the driveway is being well cared for.

I love that Justin totally got spotted taking her picture... that's just funny. I will have to remind you all, that these pictures were taken by a guy who I once caught up a tree, wearing green pants, trying to remove a broken branch with a rake.... doesn't get much more Port than that!

Your people and my people should get together and go bowling. It would be a fantastic meeting of the cultures, don't you think? I don't believe that my people have ever seen a shovel, seeing as how they all live in California. Except for me, that is...the lone Filipino in all of Thornton! HA!
Portuguese Power!
(Always the hard way, but, hey, it gets done eventually!)
How many Pork and Cheese does it take to...
