The Great American Trailer Park Musical

Welcome to the trailer park!

Last Friday, my excellent and fun friends from Glacier Peak and I gathered up to go see ourselves a musical. Our office Manager, and pal, Meg has an actor-type son...turns out he was one of the big stars of the show. Meg got us all organized, and about 30 0f us headed out for some yummy grub and a funny (and slightly obscene) show. It was hysterical. I hooted out loud most of the way through the show.

The show was about living n a trailer park in Florida and featured a woman who was agoraphobic, a husband stealing stripper, a cougar type woman, a naive/dumb girl who constantly thought she was pregnant, a marker sniffing- aerosol chuggin crazy man with a gun (Meg's son, who played Duke), a cheating husband, and a lady whose husband had been on death row for 8 years. We were lucky enough to spend a couple of hours at the trailer park, laughing our butts off and grooving to the songs.
